1. Agreement
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and ServiceScout Demo for the use of our application and related services. By accessing or using the application, including any integration with QuickBooks Online, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
2. License Grant
ServiceScout Demo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the application for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA and any applicable subscription or service agreement. Your use of QuickBooks Online data is limited to what you authorize and only for purposes of providing the Service.
3. Restrictions
You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the application; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; use the application for illegal purposes; sublicense, rent, or lease the application to third parties without prior written consent; or access QuickBooks Online data beyond what is authorized.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the application and its content (excluding your data) remain with ServiceScout Demo or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, branding, or intellectual property of ServiceScout Demo or third-party integrations.
5. Data Usage
By using the application, you authorize ServiceScout to access and process your data, including QuickBooks Online data, only to provide the application’s functionality. We store OAuth tokens and sensitive data securely and do not share QuickBooks data beyond the scope of the service. You may revoke QuickBooks Online access at any time.
6. Disclaimer
The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ServiceScout Demo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServiceScout Demo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including any QuickBooks Online integration, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for breach of this EULA. Upon termination, your license to use the application immediately ceases, and you must discontinue use of the software and any associated services.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ServiceScout Demo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
